Health Guarantee

We guarantee that every puppy is healthy when it leaves Heavenly Chows. In the event that you bring your puppy to the vet within 7 days from pickup and the vet finds an unforeseen congenital abnormality, we will either refund your money or allow you to pick out a different puppy, as available. Returning the puppy with the abnormality is at your expense. After the 7 day guarantee, your purchase for the puppy is as is, where is, with no warranties or guarantees.

Heavenly Chow’s puppies and parent dogs have not been exposed to infectious diseases. If your puppy is exposed to an infectious disease after it leaves Heavenly Chows, this is not covered under our health guarantee. Infectious diseases are not covered by our health guarantee, as we have no control over what the puppy is exposed to after it leaves our home.

We cannot guarantee that your puppy will never develop health problems, just like a pediatrician cannot guarantee that a child will never develop health problems in the future. Our parents are free of diseases, disorders, and health problems or we would not breed them. Healthy parent dogs mean the puppies are less likely to develop problems. However, we can not guarantee that puppies will never develop a problem.
